Job Summary
The Assistant Director & Deputy Title IX Coordinator will provide guidance, support, and delivery of programming and services for Illinois State University faculty, staff, students, and administrators to ensure compliance with federal and state civil rights laws, equal access to education programs and activities, equitable treatment and impartial procedures, and a campus climate free from discrimination and harassment.
Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$70,000
Required Qualifications
1. Master's Degree
2. 2.5 or more years of experience at Illinois State University investigating allegations of policy violations
3. 4 or more years working with Title IX compliance and/or sexual misconduct prevention, advocacy, or response
Work Hours
8-4:30 with some evening and weekend hours as workload requires.
Functional Expectations
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Remain at a workstation for extended periods
2. Move about in various locations on and off campus as needed to complete day-to-day work
3. Effectively communicate on a daily basis
