Job Summary
This position is at the front desk in the Office of the President. Duties include greeting visitors, answering the phone, scanning and filing confidential documents, distributing mail, prepping the conference room, and other duties as needed by the department.

Work Hours
This posting is to hire one student to work this summer, Monday-Friday from 11am-1pm. Dependent on performance and availability, the student hired may be invited to continue working in the office during the academic year, when office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The specific work schedule during the academic year would be approximately 5-8 hours a week and would be based on the availability of all four of our student workers.

This position is subject to a criminal background investigation and if applicable, an employment history review, based on University Policy 3.1.30 and any offer of employment is contingent upon you passing a satisfactory criminal background investigation and/or an employment history review.
